“Everything was great”

“everything is good.”

“This was a very lovely place to stay! Our group of 7 really enjoyed the little house. Could not have picked a better place to stay! The property was super clean, made it feel super homey and safe! When we come back to Welch I would love to stay here again! Thank you to the host for helping us make wonderful memories together!”

“This property is better than the pictures. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The cabin was very nice and enjoyed it. The area is definitely sad. Not really anywhere to eat, very limited on groceries. A very poor area to say the least. I feel bad for the people there because their livelihood was taken from them when the government stop coil from being produced. ”

“This property was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were in town for a family reunion, so we weren't at the property for meals. However the kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements, dishes and small appliances. We enjoyed the coffee maker and variety of coffee options. The TV is large screen and very nice for movies. The Washer and Dryer worked well. The bathroom is very small. It worked well for us, and as promised in a prior review, there is lots of hot water! For families,...

“We really enjoyed our stay Here. The cabin is very private and quiet. It is very roomy and was exceptionally clean. The full kitchen came in handy and we loved the screened in porch. Highly recommend!”

“The house was very nice inside. The neighboring houses are condemned. Getting a trailer in and out of the drive was a challenge as the drive is narrow and the train bridge obstructs view of the road. The property is located next to train tracks and trains entering the tunnel sound the horn at all hours. The trains are loud coal trains that run frequently. The house was clean and comfortable, if you can handle the train noise, the property is a fair price. They provide ear plugs to help with the...

“Great place”

“We stayed for a few days and had a great experience. Water pressure is amazing and the location is very convenient to everything. Our kids loved the arcade games. The house was all we needed for a weekend playing All Star baseball!”

“We had an excellent time riding the trails house was just as listed and price was very reasonable. The garage was awesome to lock your machine up in. Location is good you can join several diff trials very close to house-and from there the skys the limit. You can even hit other systems if you run the road a little. We road Pinnacle, Pocahontas, Indian ridge ,Warrior and even took the road up to Rock House about 45 mins to hour running hwy. We didnt drive our vehicle anywere all week everything...

“Clean. Good communication.”

“Excellent property. As advertised. Was a short drive to the HMT trailhead. Very friendly town. The previous mayor of Mullens actually found us looking for the property, made some calls and led us to the property. We even had a large buck that would come graze in the front yard after dark while we sat on the porch and relaxed. We would highly recommend this listing if you are planning on a trip to Mullens.”

“The host was awesome, it could of been cleaner, and we almost ran out of supplies for the kitchen and bathroom.”
